‘My cooker is very old, what happens if my cooker can’t be fixed?’
Answer – we will always aim to make repairs regardless of age and will do anything economically possible to do so but of course sometimes this isn’t possible, any parts not fitted can be returned and refunded, although diagnostics and call out is non-refundable.
‘What if I need to cancel appointment?’
Answer – that’s absolutely fine, the more notice we have the better. Unfortunately if we are not notified you may incur a charge
‘What if the same fault occurs?’
Answer – any reoccurrence of the same faults within 3months will be considered a recall and will be attended without a charge, but if there is a new fault /unrelated, this would be at a charge.
