The best way to prolong the use of any appliance is to keep clean, regular cleaning and a health check/service will definitely keep your appliance performing as it should.
- Cooker won’t switch on?
- Is the clock set?
- Is the wall isolator switched on?
- Has it tripped electrics?
Check your fuse box, a faulty component will cause this to trip. Contact immediately if this has occurred.
- No gas coming through?
- Has there been recent maintenance on gas lines in your area?
- Has someone accidentally turned off you supply?
Check your gas meter, ensure valve in on position
- Is your cooker smoking?
Determine the type of smoke and colour. Sometimes this can be due to a spillage within the oven cavity
- Smell gas?
Immediately switch off you gas at the meter and contact us as we can assist with getting your property back to gas safety.
